The Greater DC Area Chapter of the CRM Association
The Customer Relationship Management Association of the Greater Washington DC area (CRMA-DC) was formed in 2002 as an area chapter of CRMA. We provide the premier informational forum for practitioners who are interested in the development, management and execution of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies and solutions. CRMA/DC is a practitioner-driven organization following the trends and techniques that help practitioners build and sustain long-term industry understanding. Through regular meetings and events, we offer educational programs that enhance understanding of CRM.

Spring Meeting: May 12, 2004
The Customer Relationship Management Association of the Greater Washington DC area (CRMA/DC) is pleased to announce that it will co-host its first 2004 meeting with the US Department of Labor. The meeting will provide an opportunity for those interested in CRM to learn about strategic & tactical CRM and e-Government trends in the federal sector.
The following agencies will be speaking on a panel: Department of Labor (DOL), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Department of Education (DOE), U.S. Postal Service (USPS), General Services Administration (GSA), Pension Benefits Guaranty Corp (PBGC)
The panel will be moderated by Paul Greenberg, author of the best selling book CRM at the Speed of Light. The publication, which has been referred to as the industry bible, is published in eight languages and entering its third edition. Mr. Greenberg will also provide an overview of the value of CRM to the federal government.
There is an attendance fee for non-government employees. Government and public sector employees with a valid ID will be permitted to attend free of charge.
