PUBLIC SECTOR FOCUS - CRMA/DC is strategically located in the heart of downtown Washington DC. This provides a great advantage to practitioners in the federal government interested in Public Sector CRM. CRMA/DC is well equipped to meet the needs of our members, and is continuously striving to provide access to industry leading information through regular meetings and seminars. CRMA/DC is currently in the process of building its membership and scheduling upcoming events for the coming years.
